  • We do not offer cash refunds on any products.
  • If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or broken product, we will provide a free replacement.
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the order.
  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product for verification.
  • Replacement requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.
  • Customers will receive a replacement within 2 days of reporting the issue.
