- The issue must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the order.
- Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product for verification.
- Replacement requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.
- Customers will receive a replacement within 2 days of reporting the issue.
